We both started on reception: answering phones, booking patients, chasing referrals, and quietly asking why things were done the way they were. Those questions led to second-in-charge roles, then practice, operations and area management.

Between us that’s more than 30 years in clinics right across Sydney. Household-name chains and national groups, busy multidisciplinary centres, and small boutique private clinics where everyone knows every patient by name. Add a stint inside tech companies, and we’ve seen clinic systems from both sides of the screen.

We learned the most from mistakes, ours and plenty of other people’s. That’s the bit we bring to your clinic, so you don’t have to learn them the hard way.

Then our family came along, and the long corporate hours stopped making sense. So in 2015 we started MediMatters. Today we run it as company directors, each leading the side of the work we know best, and we still roll up our sleeves on every job.
